It's a very old, typically Sardinian bread, of Arabian origin: made by hard corn flour, water, salt and leaven, in a round shape. It's a bread which has been made and eaten daily by ancient Sardinian people, in places like Ozieri, where the big quantity of fruitful lands made shepherds to avoid transumance.
